LoL Esports Twitch Overlay extension
2024—Present
Developed a Twitch extension for the Brazilian League of Legends Championship Series that displays real-time player statistics, builds, runes and generates leads to LoL's skin shop. Following a successful launch in Brazil, the extension was also rolled out to the LCS, Riot's North American league, and later to the 2024 World Championship's official broadcasts and partners around the globe. It is currently in use by 15+ broadcasts in over 10 languages, delivering live stats to millions of fans worldwide.

Designed and developed a custom matchmaking system to organize and score VALORANT matches between a niche group of players of marginalized genders. Integrated the system with Riot's authentication and data APIs to provide a seamless experience for players.

I was nominated team captain for the 2024 season, leading a team of 25+ students in the development of a new prototype vehicle for that year's competition. As the captain, I was responsible for the overall project management, team coordination, and technical leadership, coordinating the team and helping them achieve our goals of competing in the 2024 Shell Eco-Marathon Brazil, held in Rio de Janeiro.

I joined the Mileage team as a Software Team Member. There, I created the team's first working implementation of a wireless telemetry system using LoRa, which allowed us to monitor the vehicle's performance in real-time during tests and the competition.

TEDx Insper is an independently organized TED event held annually at Insper, featuring talks from students, faculty, and invited speakers.

From 2024 on, I stepped down from the organizing team to focus on work projects. I then became a counselor for the next TEDx Insper organizers, providing guidance and support to the new team in organizing future events.
Executive Producer / Co-Licensee

As the Executive Producer and Co-Licensee of TEDx Insper 2023, I was responsible for the overall event planning, team coordination, fundraising and speaker curation. I also kept my role as a technical manager, overseeing the technical aspects of the event and integrating vMix, Bitfocus Companion and GrandMA2 software to create a professional-looking experience for the audience.

I was responsible for the technical aspects of the event, including the setup of the stage, lighting, sound, and video systems. We used software like vMix to generate live graphics for projection screens, and send confidence monitors video signals to the speakers.
Design Challenge
The Insper Design Challenge is a non-evaluative part of Insper's admission process that takes part right before the final phase of the entrance exam. The objective of the project is to create rapport betweeen a group of candidates before they're evaluated in the next phase.
Counselor & Tech Team

As per the organization's rules, each director stays in charge for a single semester, and then becomes a counselor until graduation or choosing to leave. I became a counselor following my term as director, and still provide guidance and support to the new directors. I also still help in process automation and development of custom tools for organizing the event, tallying vollunteer attendance and more.

I led a team of 300+ volunteers coordinating group activities for Insper University's admission process with 1,200+ applicants. I designed and supervised the development of web applications for volunteer management and event displays, while automating key processes through programming to improve organizational efficiency.
